It was birthed out of deep concern about high dropout rates, poor living conditions/homelessness, no small businesses, high unemployment/ no skills, high crime levels, alcohol and drug abuse, the breakdown of families (relationships and high obesity) that plaques our inner cities, rural and suburban areas in America.
